RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If a customer wishes to exchange a product due to dissatisfaction with the size, model, or color/print, the following procedure will apply:

1. The customer should first send an email to (yedda@funkitwear.com) including all relevant information and the reason for the exchange.
2. The product must be in perfect condition, physically intact, and show no signs of wear or use.
3. The product must have its original factory tag attached, without any tampering.
4. The product must be in its original packaging.
5. The product must be accompanied by its original purchase receipt.

Once these steps are completed, the product will go through Funk It Wear BR’s control analysis department, where it will be carefully examined by quality control. If it meets the above requirements, the exchange will be approved.

**Shipping Costs**
The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost by USPS when sending the product to Funk It Wear for exchange. The product will be returned to the customer at no additional shipping cost.

**Exchange Timeframe**
The exchange process must be completed within 30 days. Customers have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate the exchange request and a total of 30 days to complete the process. Exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
